Junior Professor Healthcare and Nursing PLUS (f/m/d)

• You conduct research-led teaching in the subject area of general healthcare and nursing
• You are responsible for the scientific and academic supervision of bachelor theses and student projects and you carry out bachelor exams
• You work on research contributions in collaboration with the institutes, write specialist publications, and design the transfer of knowledge between science and practice 
• You are involved in the further development of courses in the degree programme Healthcare and Nursing PLUS in terms of strategy and content 
• You play a significant role in the programme’s operational design (application, advice, admission, marketing measures, events, exam organisation, point of contact for students and stakeholders in the programme)
• You acquire and supervise practice projects for the degree programme
• You provide support in quality assurance for the practical professional training

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Nursing Science or a related field (ongoing doctoral studies an advantage); special qualifications according GuKG and/or additional certifications desirable
• For a junior professorship, two of the following three points have to be met:

• Qualification to perform the nursing profession and, ideally, the right to conduct teaching in healthcare and nursing pursuant to the relevant provisions of the GuKG
• Interest in and experience with research activity
• Excellent German and very good English language skills
• Independence, flexibility, and communicative competence
• Gender & diversity competence, an inclusive and anti-discriminatory attitude, and the willingness for further training in these areas
